Vincent shuddered as he saw the house. It did indeed look haunted but Gen with her resilient unyeilding strength was marching towards it. He allowed himself a moment to make a protection sign of the good Lord and he crunched up the gravel path beside her.

She had been inside it before, and she would go inside it again. She stepped up onto the creaky porch. She opened the door, which also emitted a long squeeeek as it opened. She rolled her eyes Scary... she thought sarcasticly.

Vincents foot falls were silent upon the gravel like path, he held himself with tenseness and he stepped up behind Gen to peer into the gloomy hallway. His mind raced at the possibilites but for now he'd focus upon what was happening now.

Gen rolled her eyes at Vincent's reluctence. Boys... they're all cowards... she thought with snort. She reached into her pocket and pulled out a match. There was a lantern on an old dusty sidetable, she had left it there last time she visited. She lit that match and lit the lantern. The light chased away a few of the shadows, but the corners where still dark. The room was pretty bare, except for the few pieces of furniture. A mouse scattered quickly across the wooden floor. "Shoo." she muttered boredly.

Vincent held his head high an marched into the house, he stepped past Gen and pushed open the first old rotted door he found, it creaked open to reveal a sitting room. Several old but lavish chairs covered in swathes of dust and moth bitten littered to room as well as old rugs and faded paintings.

" Lovely place, could do with a touch up though " he smirked through his words.

ooc: the mouse on my computer is busted, we think it's the jac though since we've been through 2 mouses in the past 2 days. I may not be on for awhile, just to let you know. It's a miricle I got this far using my trusty keyboard.

"...beat the dust out of everything and then we do what we do best....Steal " he invisioned a lavishly furnished house where the children under his word would live and trade stolen items and property.
